Hard Reset ITEL A12
This guide will show you a simple way to hard reset Itel A12 to remove pattern/pin/password lock.Having trouble following this guide? Watch the video tutorial at the end of this guide.
1.Switch off your Itel A12 by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume down button at the same time for few seconds.
3.You will be brought to the no command screen as shown below press the power and volume up buttons to be brought to the android recovery screen
4.Using the volume down button scroll down to the fourth option (wipe data/factory reset) and select it using the power button
5.You will be brought to a screen as the one shown below use the volume down button to scroll to the second option (yes) and select it using the power button wait for your device to be reset.
6.Select reboot system now using the power button and wait for the device to restart this normally takes up to 10 minutes.Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your ITEL A12
