Hard Reset Neon Nova method 2
This guide will show you a simple way to hard reset Neon Nova to remove pattern/pin/password lock.Having trouble following this guide? Watch the video tutorial at the end of this guide.
1.Switch off your Neon Nova by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume down button at the same time for few seconds.
3.You will be brought to the screen shown below use the volume down button to scroll to the 6th option (clear eMMC) select it using the power button
4.Wait for your device to be reset
5.Afterwards select reboot using the power button and wait for the device to restart this normally takes upto 10 minutes.Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your Neon Nova
