1.Switch off your samsung galaxy grand prime+ by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold home, Power and Volume up button at the same time for few seconds.
3.Release the power key when Samsung logo appears on the screen.As shown below:
4.You will be brought to a screen as the one shown below wait a few seconds for the android recovery to show up
5.Using the volume down button scroll down to the fifth option (wipe data/factory reset) and select it using the power button
