1.Switch off your Samsung galaxy J1 Ace by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power, home and Volume up button at the same time for few seconds as shown below.
3.Youll be brought to the screen shown below use the volume down button to scroll to the third option (wipe data/factory reset) select it using the power button
4.You will be brought to a screen as the one shown below use the volume down button to scroll to the option(yes delete all user data) and select it using the power button wait for your Samsung galaxy J1 Ace to be reset
