1.Switch off your Samung J3 SM J337A by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume up button at the same time for few seconds.
3.Using the volume down button scroll down to the fifth option (wipe data/factory reset) and select it using the power button
4.Use the volume down key to scroll down to the option shown below (yes) then select it using the power button.Wait for the reset to be complete
5.Select reboot system now using the power button and wait for the device to restart this normally takes upto 10 minutes.Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your Samung J3 SM J337A
