Hard Reset TECNO Y5S Method 2
This guide will show you a simple way to hard reset Tecno Y5S to remove pattern/pin/password lock.Having trouble following this guide? Watch the video tutorial at the end of this guide.
1.Switch off your Tecno Y5S by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume down button at the same time for few seconds.
3.Release the power key when Tecno logo appears on the screen.As shown below:
4.Using the volume down button scroll down to the 7th option (cleat eMMc) and select it using the power button wait for your device to reset
5.Use the volume down key to scroll down to the option shown below (yes delete all user data) then select it using the power button.Wait for the reset to be complete.Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your Tecno Y5S
