Hard Reset Neon Kicka Vodafone (VFD) 320
This guide will show you a simple way to hard reset Neon Kicka VFD 320 to remove pattern/pin/password lock.Having trouble following this guide? Watch the video tutorial at the end of this guide.
1.Switch off your Neon Kicka VFD 320 by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2.Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume up button at the same time for few seconds as shown below.
3.Use the volume up/down to scroll and the power button to select your language
4.After selecting your language use the volume up/down keys to scroll down to the third option (wipe data/factory reset) then select it using the power button
5.Use the volume down key to scroll down to the option shown below(yes delete all user data) then select it using the power button.Wait for the reset to be complete
6.After reset is complete you will be brought to the screen shown below use the power button to select the first option(reboot system now).Wait for your Neon Kicka VFD 320 to restart.This normally takes up to 10 minutes.Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your Neon Kicka VFD 320
