For Windows 8 or later versions, First turn off ‘Driver Signature Verification’ on your PC. Then follow the steps below:
1. Open Command Prompt (CMD) with Administrator Permission on your PC
2. Copy the paste the below code in the CMD window: bcdedit /set testsigning on
3. Now reboot your PC to enter Test Mode
4. Exit the Test mode by entering the below code: bcdedit /set testsigning off

2. Click Device Manager.
3. Click on Action.

7. Click “Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced)”.
8. In Common Hardware Types, select on Show all devices.
9. Click Next.
10. Select on Have Disk and locate the extracted Android_CDC_Driver.inf.
11.  Select Next.
12. Click Finish to complete the installation.
