Hard Reset INFINIX Hot 9 Pro
This guide will show you a simple way to hard reset Infinix Hot 9 Pro to remove pattern/pin/password lock and also restore defaults. Having trouble following this guide? Watch the video tutorial at the end of this guide.
1. Switch off your Infinix Hot 9 Pro by pressing the Power button for a couple of seconds.
2. Afterwards press and hold Power and Volume up button at the same time for few seconds.
3. Release the power button but keep holding volume up button when the Infinix logo pops up.
4. Now let go of the volume up button when Infinix android logo shows up then start pressing the power and volume up button simultaneously as shown below to open recovery.
5. Use volume down and up button to scroll to the option “more” or (wipe data factory reset) and select it using the power button.
6. You will be brought to a screen as the one shown below. Use the volume down key to scroll to the option (yes delete all user data) and use the power button to select it then wait for a few seconds for your device to reset.
7. Select reboot system now using the power button and wait for the device to restart .
8. This normally takes up to 10 minutes. Congratulations you have successfully hard reset your Infinix Note 7.
