First method:
1. First, use Power key to turn off the Nokia C5 Endi.
2. Afterwards, plug in the device into the charger or use Micro USB Cable.
3. Next, press and hold the Power key + Volume Up for a short while.
4. Release Power key when the Android logo appears on the screen..
5. Then release Volume up key when you see “No command” option.
6. Bypass the no command option by pressing the Power and Volume Up button simultaneously until you see recovery mode.
7. Use Volume Down button to scroll to the option (Wipe data/factory reset) and select it using the Power button.
8. Again, use the Volume Down key to scroll to the option “Yes” under “Wipe all user data?” and use the Power button to select it then wait for a few seconds for your device to reset.
9. Select “Reboot system now” using the Power button and wait for the device to restart.
That phone is not the Nokia c5 endi. Today I add a password to my phone Nokia c5endi and when the phone recognized the password it locks . I type my password but it says is incorrect. This is the second time that happen in less then 4 months.
